  • Please feel free to bring any of your own sensory support tools, such as fidget toys and comfort items, and use them as needed during your session.

  • Ellen has an array of sensory support tools for your use as well:

    • Essential Oils + Room Sprays

    • Nee Dough and Squeeze Fidgets

    • Rubbing Stones

    • Small Sand + Stone Tray

    • Blankets, Pillows, Cushions

    • Seating Accommodations - Couch, Armchair, Rocking Chair, Stool, Floor Chairs

    • Homeopathic & Chocolate Candies

    • Teas and Sugar-free Drinks

    • Singing Bowls

    • Alexa Music by request + Sound Machines for a variety of noise

    • Soft, Warm Lighting / Lighting Adjustments

    • Variety of Games & Toys

  • Please ask for any accommodations you need during your appointment - Ellen will support you at any point if you feel overstimulated or disregulated. Also, if you don’t prefer sitting during session, there is an additional movement room, and there are beautiful parks accessible for walks and play, or a variety of restaurants and a market if you need food.

  • Please let Ellen know ahead of your appointment if you are feeling unwell, and she will do the same, so that you can make decisions together about how to proceed.

  • Ellen's office is not currently wheelchair accessible, and the entry is through use of stairs. Ellen does offer Telehealth services to bridge this gap and will make other location arrangements as needed.

  • Ellen’s practice is HIPAA-compliant to ensure the confidentiality of every client.
