Meet your resource guide:
Welcome! I’m Ellen, and I’m so moved that you’re here.
I am a therapist, a wife, a mother, a dancer, and a deeply sensitive, empathic human.
I adore my work and consider it beyond a career; it stirs my soul and I delight in great reverence for my clients.
If you are considering therapy or a new way of resourcing, I believe you are courageous, you are vulnerably facing growth, you are needing new perspectives for a different way of being, you are seeking empowered, life-affirming repair.
My style is authentic, personable, heartfelt, and humorous. I find great joy in co-creating a therapeutic relationship and experience that meets your soul-based needs. To best accommodate your location and preferences, I offer both in-person sessions based in Lyons, Colorado, as well as Telehealth sessions through a confidential platform.
Additionally, beyond traditional talk therapy methods, I love incorporating dance / movement therapy, creative arts, somatic counseling, and mindfulness techniques to cultivate embodied and lasting healing.
I look forward to connecting with you!
With care,
Ellen
